Is the free plan really free?
Yes. Subscribe & save widgets + frequency control for one store; Up to 50 active subscribers (mirrors Recharge's own paid entry gate, free here), with no credit card and no time limit. It's not a stripped-down trial.
Will the price ever change based on my order volume?
No. Unlimited is $39/mo flat regardless of volume — unlimited subscribers — genuinely; no soft caps.
How do I actually pay?
Through Shopify's own billing — approve the charge once inside your Shopify admin and it's billed on your normal Shopify invoice. See Pricing for the full breakdown.
Can I cancel or downgrade anytime?
Yes, anytime, from the app's page in your Shopify admin — no email, no retention flow, no minimum term.
Does Refill work with the other Keelhelm Shopify apps?
